If you enjoy being active outdoors, Walk & Talk therapy may be a perfect fit for you.

For 53-60 minutes, we will walk together, at your pace. The session is focused on you and your goals- just like it would be in an office or telehealth setting. The only difference is the location.

Walk & Talk Therapy takes place on the beautiful and quiet beaches of Amelia Island. During our walk, we will enjoy the fresh air and may spot dolphins and birds as we talk.

If having a therapy session from the comfort of your own home sounds appealing, telehealth therapy may be a good fit for you.

You and I will meet via computer, phone or tablet with video and sound for our session. I use HIPAA compliant software for telehealth sessions. You will receive a link from me to log in at your appointment date and time.

During our session, you will want to be in a private space where you will not experience interruptions.
For telehealth, having reliable wifi/internet connection or reliable data service is important to minimize chance of service interruptions.
